Having experience as an IT engineer and a background supporting several departments with all IT tasks and support. Your Responsibilities: Manage the company's entire IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, PCs, network devices, and phone systems. Maintain and update software and operating systems across the IT infrastructure. Oversee server administration, firewalls, security, certificates, domain/AD management, policies, and databases. Implement and maintain databases, including backups and recovery procedures. Manage hardware, IT services, and phone system procurement. Liaison with service providers to manage IT services procurement. Maintain accurate software and hardware inventory lists. Document the company's IT infrastructure for future reference. Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards. Train users on software and applications. Your Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure build and maintenance. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Server builds, user management, and network architecture. Experience in certificate deployments, firewall setup, IIS configuration, backup/replication services, and VM management. Database administration experience (Exchange, MySQL, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with website design and maintenance is preferred. Programming skills in Python, server scripts, C++, or C# are desirable. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
