In this role, you'll collaborate with our other internal developers to deliver innovative solutions, support new developments, and enhance our existing software systems. What you'll be doingAs a Software Developer, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the development and optimisation of our technology systems. You'll work across different areas of the business, ensuring we deliver the best possible outcomes. Here's what your day-to-day will involve: Collaborating within a team of skilled developers to deliver high-quality software. Specifying, developing, and testing new programmes to meet evolving business needs. Maintaining and improving existing programmes to optimise performance and usability. Engaging with end users across stores, factories, and head office to understand and meet requirements. Producing clear, concise user and technical documentation. Adhering to and championing coding standards to ensure consistency and quality. Contributing ideas and input into application improvement plans and future initiatives. Experience with C#, ASP.NET, HTML, IIS, and Microsoft Visual Basic/.NET A passion for mentoring and coaching junior team members (desirable but not essential).
