About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced SHEQ professional to take on a leadership role in our manufacturing branch. As Head of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our operations meet the highest standards of health, safety, environmental protection, and quality.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of SHEQ professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Develop and implement effective SHEQ procedures and protocols to minimize risks and ensure continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SHEQ into business operations and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar SHEQ management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Degree in a relevant field, such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Quality Management.
* Proven track record of leading teams and driving change initiatives.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
