Legal Secretaries – Newcastle City Centre

Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing audio and copy typing support for the department.
2. Ensuring documents are accurately filed, both electronically and in hard copy.
3. Communicating directly with clients, offering a professional and personable approach.
4. Preparing straightforward legal documents when required.
5. Managing mail and disclosures, including copying and preparing them for dispatch.
6. Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining fee earners’ diaries.
7. Offering administrative support to fee earners to ensure the smooth running of the team.
Skills and Experience:
1. Strong typing skills with excellent speed and accuracy.
2. Proficiency in word processing systems.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
4. Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
