Lettings Negotiator

We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team in Leamington Spa.
The Trainee Negotiator is an entry-level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings and be taken through an industry-leading development and training program.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator
* Complete viewings and match the very best applicants to our available property.
* Manage a pipeline of properties that have been let agreed through to move in (approximately 15 lets per month).
* Organise tenancy contracts, ensuring all legislation has been met and compliance documents are ready.
* Organise any pre-let works and paperwork.
* Maintain impeccable customer engagement.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Negotiator:
* Preferably an experienced salesperson.
* Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
* Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
* A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
