As an Office Administrator you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with enquiries Monitor visitors Ensure the office is kept presentable Order stationery and office supplies Handle complaints as per Company policy Manage the Company database, shared calendar, and ensuring meeting rooms and parking are available for guests and visitors Handle incoming and outgoing mail The pay rate for this role is £11.44 per hour.
