We are looking to appoint a highly effective and motivated teacher, who is ready to take their next step into school leadership and join as ‘Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for SEND’. This newly created post is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusion and skilled in enabling all pupils, but especially those with SEND, to reach their potential. As a member of the school’s SLT, the successful candidate will contribute to all aspects of school leadership and support safeguarding as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. This is a non-class based position, with dedicated time for the person appointed to undertake this crucial role.
