As we expand our presence and build a deeper connection with our community, we are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who will manage our social media platforms, UGC content, and influencer relations. This role is pivotal in shaping Black Tulip’s voice, fostering an engaged community, and driving brand growth through creative strategies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DELIVER:
Social Media & UGC Management
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute daily/weekly content schedules across up to four platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
* Oversee engagement and community management, including responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with creators.
* Manage and coordinate with UGC creators monthly to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
* Review UGC content, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
Deliverables:
* Content Calendar: Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
* Content Creation: Develop on-brand posts, compelling copy, strategic hashtags, and captions for all scheduled content to drive engagement.
* UGC Creator Outreach: Manage communication and outreach to meet monthly targets of content creation.
* High-Quality UGC Content: Deliver engaging, on-brand videos from creators.
* Community Management: Engaging with followers and interacting with influencers.
* Campaign Reports: Provide monthly performance reports, including metrics like engagement, growth, and insights.
Influencer Relations Management
Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage with influencers aligned with Black Tulip’s brand values.
* Conduct outreach and negotiate deliverables with influencers.
* Manage influencer content creation, reviews, and approvals.
* Track and report influencer performance metrics monthly.
Deliverables:
* Influencer Outreach: Communicate with influencers to meet content creation targets.
* High-Quality Influencer Content: Ensure delivery of engaging, on-brand influencer content.
* Campaign Reports: Compile and present monthly reports with metrics and insights on performance and growth.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
* Proven experience in social media marketing and influencer relations (minimum 5+ years), with a strong track record in delivering exceptional content and engagement results.
* Deep understanding of content strategy, social media platforms, and UGC best practices.
* Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple creators and influencers effectively.
* Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.
* A passion for timeless fashion and storytelling that connects with an audience authentically.
