We are looking for a Lease Administrator to join our team. The role includes but is not limited to Answer incoming calls and log support calls via crm Reception work, receiving and distributing deliveries, greeting visitors Liaise with internal and external members of staff for any customer requirements Liaise between external suppliers and end users to process lease documents, using leasing company portals to arrange esign of financial documents Managing and updating in house Microsoft CRM system Arrange job reports Distribute post Assisting with all aspects of administration duties. Assist team Supervisor with HR No experience is necessary, however use of Microsoft crm and knowledge of company entity checks and use of Companies House website preferred.
