Driver Hire Gatwick is currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Transport Admin Support to work with a prestigious client in the transport industry. This is a temporary position with the potential for the role to become permanent based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the transport team. Manage and maintain accurate records of deliveries, schedules, and fleet information. Coordinate with drivers and clients, to ensure smooth operations. Handle phone and email inquiries, offering excellent customer service. Assist with the preparation of reports, tracking and ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations. Perform general office duties as required, including data entry, filing, and document management. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or transport support role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of transport operations and logistics is an advantage but not essential. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate.
