We are looking to recruit a Night Receptionist to join our existing Reception Team to work in our Main Administration Building.
You will be required to work 9:00pm – 7:00am on a 2 shift basis including some bank holidays (4 on 4 off).
The role will involve:
* Evening lock-up and securing buildings and gates across site.
* Monitoring CCTV system (including main drive and barrier).
* Escalating security and emergency incidents where necessary.
* Meet & greet emergency services and direct to incident & handover information files & offer assistance if required.
* Monitoring fire & intruder alarms and generator panel and responding where necessary.
* Recording events/actions/incidents in log book.
* You'll need to be a car driver.
* Any other ad-hoc tasks.
The successful candidate will be warm and friendly with excellent communication skills; they will be flexible and committed to working as part of a team. Experience of Microsoft Office is desirable as is previous experience of working in a reception / administrative and/or security role front of house.
