We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to drive business development and key account management across the UK, Germany, or Italy. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Drive sales growth by developing new business and increasing revenue with existing OEM clients. ✔ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers in the manufacturing and high-voltage electronics industry. ✔ Provide technical sales support to ensure high-quality, solution-based selling. ✔ Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. ✔ Deliver detailed quotations, costings, and proposals to drive profitable sales. ✔ Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing to align strategies. ✔ Travel as required to meet clients and strengthen regional sales efforts. What You Need: Proven track record in technical sales to OEMs within manufacturing electronics or high-voltage applications. Strong technical knowledge of industrial electronics, X-ray systems, or high-voltage applications. English fluency is essential, with German or Italian language skills being a plus. Ability to travel freely within the assigned region. Engineering degree (Electrical/Electronics preferred) or equivalent technical background. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales contact databases.
