Equally, a great opportunity for a young apprentice who wants to be surrounded by top professionals, who could guide them to their next big career move.” The Position Job Title: Apprentice Technical Sales Support Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship Duration: 15 months Location: Sutton Coldfield Office (Birmingham, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Erdington) Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9am-5:30pm Salary: £20,000 with an OTE of £30,000 Requirements · Provide support to all inbound sales leads · Ensure incoming sales enquiries are converted into sales orders as per the process. · Actively manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and develop cross and upselling opportunities within those companies · Liaise with internal departments to facilitate the above. This will include Marketing, Operations and Finance. · Meet or exceed Service level agreements set by the sales manager · Adhere to the Companies’ requirements for maintaining CRM and other systems. · Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company products and services · Familiarise yourself with supplier portals and products and services. · To provide line management with reports and/or information, as required. · Offer excellent customer service via phone and email · Build customer and supplier relationships · Negotiation with suppliers/manufacturers when generating quotes · Dealing with phone enquiries in relation to customer orders already in flight · Managing customer sales support inbox and related ticketing systems · Processing Customer details on the CRM and customer portal Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: · The ability to communicate effectively · Drive to meet and exceed targets · Knowledge of the fundamentals of IT · Experience in Sales is beneficial · GCSEs in Maths and English Eligibility Criteria Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role.
