We are now embarking on the exciting adventure of opening our Flagship LOOKFANTASTIC store, based in the heart of Altrincham. A destination for experiencing Beauty in a way like no other!
Role Overview
The Hair Stylist will be based in our LOOKFANTASTIC store, providing services from Scalp Diagnosis to Wet Blow Drys. It is the responsibility of the stylist to provide world class customer service to every single customer. Keeping exceptional customer experience at the forefront of everything, the Stylist will tailor each consultation to their customer, providing an enjoyable and natural service going above and beyond at all opportunities.
The role will be 22.5 hours a week. The salon services offered in the salon will be using only ColorWow products and GHD tools.
Service Responsibilities:
* Provide world class level of customer service and product knowledge to all customers.
* Provide professional and enjoyable consultations to all customers, giving personalised, expert advice.
* Build customer relationships using CRM to ensure all customers receive a tailored shopping experience.
* Work to keep a high occupancy level in the salon by inviting all customers back for their next appointment.
* Create a warm and welcoming environment for all customers with a seamless customer journey from the initial welcome to the end of the transaction.
* Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction is always a priority.
* Support and be involved in events internally and externally.
* Achieve personal set goals and KPIs.
* Advise and sell haircare products throughout salon services.
* Confidently rebook the next appointment for the customer on the spot.
* Drive service, sales, loyalty, and appointments with customers.
* Work within the retail space when necessary.
Operational Excellence:
* Be a positive, professional, and dynamic team member.
* Ensure perfect salon standards including top hygiene standards in all areas.
* Manage your own calendar and bookings, working towards 100% occupancy.
* Assist in updating and maintaining VM of all brands.
Experience/Skills:
* Hairdressing qualification, NVQ level 2 as a minimum.
* Confident in using hot styling tools.
* Ability to blow dry hair, wet and dry, to a high standard and in good time.
* Strong passion and knowledge for salon hair care and customer service essential.
* An ‘always on’ approach when at work.
* Full availability including weekends and bank holidays is imperative.
