My client is one of the largest new build developers in the UK, with a large number of luxury housing developments. They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join them on one of their flagship developments in Burgess Hill.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability in their employment profile and will be able to deliver excellent customer service both on the phone and face to face. While experience in New Homes is desirable, they are also open to candidates with Residential Experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customers face to face or via phone & email
2. Booking initial appointments and conducting viewings around the development
3. Travelling to all developments in the area
4. Conducting viewings
5. Following up calls with customers after enquiries or viewings
6. Closing sales
7. Upkeep of the show homes & marketing suite
8. Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date
9. Aftercare
