Key Account Manager – Premium Food Brand

Right now, we’re hiring for a fast-growing premium food brand that’s bringing high-quality, all-natural sauces to mealtimes. Already stocked in major retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice accounts, they’re on an exciting growth journey—and they need a Key Account Manager to help take them to the next level.
The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-moving team, taking ownership of key accounts and helping to drive new business. You’ll be responsible for:
Managing & Growing Key Accounts – Strengthen relationships with key retail, wholesale & foodservice partners to drive long-term success.
Winning New Business – Identify and onboard new stockists to expand the brand’s reach.
Negotiating & Executing Sales Plans – Lead JBP discussions, promotional planning & in-market execution to maximise sales impact.
Data-Led Growth – Analyse sales performance & market trends to shape strategy and uncover new opportunities.
Stock & Supply Management – Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth product availability.
Trade Marketing & Visibility – Support trade events, sales materials, and activations to increase brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
✅ FMCG sales or account management experience (retail, wholesale, or foodservice).
✅ A track record of growing and managing key accounts.
✅ Strong negotiation, relationship-building & commercial skills.
✅ A strategic mindset, confident in using data to drive decisions.
✅ Experience with retailers & distributors (Ocado, Bidfood, Brakes = a plus!).
✅ Passion for high-quality food & challenger brands.
✅ A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
