ROLE PURPOSE
We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a Talent & Data Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the Global Head of Organisational Development by using your data management skills and tools to inform action planning and improvement. You will also report on Talent and Organisational Development processes, including Recruitment, Talent and Succession, Learning, and Development, and Performance Management. Your data insights will help the OD department in implementing optimal processes to deliver business value.
Additionally, you will support recruitment throughout EMEA and our International Business HQ regions for various departments in the organisation ranging from Engineering (hardware and software), Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR functions.
We can also offer CIPD study support as part of this role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – OD/Learning
1. Assist the Head of OD in administering and continuously improving the performance management process, including drafting communication, analysing data, and reporting.
2. Monitor and analyse the progress of the companywide talent and succession planning processes and metrics, and report on the development of functional/regional action plans, while administering companywide engagement activities.
3. Administer Learning and Development activities, including course scheduling, enrolment, attendance tracking, reporting, and assist with content management.
4. Monitor and manage the Talent systems and help users with resolving their queries.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – Recruitment
1. Work closely with Recruiters responsible for Europe and Head Office and provide support by searching for candidates, conducting screening activities (CV screening and phone/video call screening) against the role requirements, and assisting with scheduling interviews and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
2. Advertise vacancies using relevant job boards.
3. Track roles and candidates using our applicant tracking system.
4. Create and run reports at various intervals for live requisitions.
5. Analyse and produce reports on relevant hiring metrics such as Time to Hire, Cost to Hire, Offer acceptance rate, Candidate experience, Quality of Hire etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication (writing proficiency is important), and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
3. IT literate – with the ability to learn new systems and use social media.
4. Detail-oriented and conscientious approach to work.
5. Capable of managing multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
6. Willingness to work on key projects with a drive to continuously improve the Talent Acquisition function.
7. Customer service experience desired.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1. Level 3 CIPD qualification (Opportunity to study towards a CIPD qualification).
2. Data manipulation (using MS Excel) and data analysis skills.
3. Ability to research a subject, analyse data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
4. Skilled in the use of key tools including LinkedIn, Job Boards, and ATS software.
5. Hands-on HR or in-house recruitment experience.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
• Part CIPD Qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification is desirable.
