Doubletree by Hilton St. Annes Manor is set in the heart of 25 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, on the edge of the historic market town of Wokingham and within easy reach of the commuter towns of Bracknell and Reading.
We are looking for team members with a true passion for hospitality to join us on a fixed term contract for 6 months.
The Role:
Assistant Front Office Managers serving Doubletree by Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behavior, skills, and values that follow:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of Front Office management experience in the hotel sector
* High level of IT proficiency
* High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
* Experience of managing people and developing people
* Previous experience of managing a department and Profit and Loss account
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
* Accountable and resilient
* Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent grooming standards
* Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
* Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Desirable:
ONQ Experience (previous Hilton experience)
