As our new Operations Strategy Support Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Cabot’s suite of Operational Reporting in line with our operational reporting objectives. You’ll be creating informative reports, datasets, and working with other parts of the business to ensure metrics are accurate and aligned with wider business definitions. Key responsibilities include: •Act as the central point of contact for Data / MI across the Operation – demonstrated through a fully encompassing data model •Promote the use of analytics to understand and enhance the Operation efficiency viewed through focused data sets and dashboards (Power BI, SSRS) •Produce daily / weekly / monthly reports through automation which offer up the right level of insight to annotate the business performance and demonstrate it through trend analysis •Proactively research new standards / opportunities to enhance our visual demonstrations and self-serve model whilst driving down processing time and potential blind spots •Collaborate with the Compliance and MI teams to produce and promote key stakeholder reports and dashboards on an ongoing basis •Develop and define key operational metrics within our Azure environment in collaboration with Stakeholders and SME’s throughout the business We are looking for someone with: •Knowledge of Collections / Financial recovery desirable •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Excel knowledge desirable •High level of computer literacy, with a focus on Presentation/PowerPoint skills •Proven organisational and prioritisation skills •SQL knowledge desirable •Power BI knowledge desirable What happens next?
