Join Our Team as a Delivery Manager emagine is seeking experienced Delivery Managers to lead critical system replacement projects within the banking sector. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless transitions while effectively interacting with senior stakeholders. Successful candidates will manage projects such as FX System Replacement, General Ledger System Replacement, and Market Risk System Replacement, adopting a hands-on approach with strong communication skills to coordinate both technical teams and stakeholders. Main Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of system replacement projects. Communicate effectively with technical teams, developers, and testers. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for successful rollouts. Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines to maintain project momentum. Align delivery outcomes with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration. Key Requirements: Proven experience in delivering IT-focused projects in banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of financial and banking domains. Hands-on approach with the ability to directly resolve technical issues. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership. Ability to define and execute effective test strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Nice to Have: Previous experience with system replacements or major platform upgrades in a banking environment. Familiarity with specific banking systems relevant to the projects. Other Details: Role requires strong engagement with both technical teams and senior stakeholders. Travelling to various project sites may be necessary.
