Estates Assistant Wanted - 3 month temporary contract (opportunity to go permanent)
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with Estates supervisors/managers/contractors to ensure the effective running of the service on a daily basis.
2. Provide support to the wider Facilities Maintenance and Compliance support team when required.
3. Provide specific advice within the area of expertise on a routine basis.
4. Use knowledge and experience to apply priorities for all job requests and to implement quick response.
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in a helpdesk environment, with the ability to enhance service systems and processes.
2. Demonstrating customer service excellence skills.
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word.
4. Experience working on a CAFM system.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Customer service skills.
What you'll get in return:
£13.00 - £14.40 p/h
3 month temporary to permanent option
