Job Overview
Due to the existing post holder’s maternity leave, we are looking for an interim HR Systems Manager to cover the post for approximately 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop and lead the Trust’s central HR Systems Team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR Resourcing Management Team and will play an integral part in supporting the Trust’s Agency Staff Reduction project by developing and implementing rostering projects that maximise efficiency through rostering best practice.

A working knowledge of Health Roster, ESR, Bank Staff, and Easy Expenses is desirable.

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £1,258 to a maximum of £2,122 pro rata for part-time).
