About the company:\n\nOur client is a leading UK-based property developer focused on creating energy-efficient new build homes. They provide a range of innovative offerings and schemes designed to assist both first-time buyers and existing homeowners in their journey to purchase a new home.\n\nCommitted to sustainability, they position themselves as a supportive partner, offering practical financial assistance alongside a dedication to environmentally friendly practices.\n\nAbout the opportunity:\n\nWe are seeking an individual to perform the following:\n\n * Complete weekly planning sheets, direct contractors to ensure quality, and coordinate with the Site Manager for material availability.\n\n * Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and confirm operatives follow method statements and risk assessments.\n\n * Collaborate with the Sales Executive, Buying Department, and sub-contractors regarding customer options, variations, and issue resolutions.\n\n * Plan and arrange inspections with NHBC and Local Authorities and accompany inspectors during visits.\n\n * Assist with Home Quality Inspections, ensure defect-free homes at legal completion, and conduct regular post-completion visits for customer satisfaction.\n\n * Support in maintaining site presentation standards, manage waste disposal, and ensure contractors follow proper waste separation and company policies.\n\nAbout the benefits and rewards:\n\nThe salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £45k DOE.
In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.\n\nAbout the requirements:\n\n * Proven experience in site delivery, as an Assistant Site Manager managing projects from start to finish.\n\n * SMSTS and CSCS certification required (Manager/Supervisor level).\n\n * NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4.\n\n * GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths & English\n\n * Strong leadership skills and commitment to inclusion and diversity.\n\n * Trade background with detailed knowledge of building processes, NHBC, and Building Regulations.\n\n * First Aid qualified
