Colchester
£30k – £32k per annum
Full Time/Permanent (On-site 5 days a week)

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain client accounts, ensuring communication is regular and maintained.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of accounts, including attending client operational review meetings and providing analysis/reporting of volume and costs/revenues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Maintain regular client contact to ensure they are up to dates.
* Manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring all client deliverables are met on time.
* Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
* Building relationships with key accounts.
* Develop strategies to increase revenue and meet targets.
* Provide, as directed, accurate and timely reports.
* Develop and maintain effective communication with all relevant personnel.
The Person:
* Experience within a similar role is essential.
* Effective management to maximise time with clients
* Must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle.
* Numerate, analytical and IT literate.
* Pro-active with planning and preparation skills.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to ever changing company/trade requirements.
* Creative approach to problem solving.
* Ability to create an effective link between customer and company.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
