We are looking to elevate the UI experience of our omni-channel AI customer service platform to the level of other great design-led companies such as Linear, Raycast, Vercel, Attio and Notion.
We are expanding our team and are looking for a Product Designer who loves to craft exceptional user experiences, has strong opinions about design quality, and can bring modern, user centric product UI’s to life - particularly as we explore new AI-powered product features.
Responsibilities
* Elevate Cue UI design to become a market leader - Take our application UI to the level of industry leading applications such as Linear, Raycast, Vercel, Attio and Notion.
* Own the end-to-end design process: From initial concept and research, through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visuals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define user-centric solutions.
* Create and iterate on design assets in Figma: Deliver well-structured and easily understandable components, flows, and mockups.
* Develop and maintain design systems: Ensure a consistent brand and product experience across all touchpoints.
* Conduct customer research & usability testing: Speak with customers and CS teams to understand user needs and expectations.
* Design AI-driven features: Work with the team to design our next generation of AI products.
* Champion design excellence: Bring a strong, opinionated aesthetic and design foundation; advocate for quality and consistency in every release.
Requirements
* An exceptional portfolio of well crafted responsive UI design projects, demonstrating complex user journeys, workflows and AI experiences.
* A deep understanding of Figma’s features to create, manage, and share design libraries, components, prototypes, and interactions.
* Showcasing your approach to problem-solving, final execution, and the impact on users and the business.
* Able to articulate design rationale clearly, while balancing user needs and product goals.
* Interest or experience in designing AI-driven user experiences is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable working remotely and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to ensure consistency in visual elements, interactions, and user flows.
