As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit. Salary: £11.65 an hour, (to be reviewed in April) We’re currently undertaking our pay review process and it is likely that this salary will be increased from 1st April 2025. What it's like to work here Reporting to the Welcome and Service Assistant Manager you will be joining a team of 10 Welcome and Service Assistants, however this will be a lone working role located outside in our car park. What you'll be doing You’ll be working outside, as the first person to meet our visitors as they arrive you will orientate and offer them a warm welcome ensuring their visit to Sizergh starts in the best way. You'll help to keep the car park and surrounding area in good order, and provide a knowledgeable and friendly service to our visitors. Your role will focus on having great conversations about membership and growing support, encouraging visitors to support our work through becoming members.
