About Our Client
The client we are working with offers rental and home ownership options, supports community development, and works to improve the quality of life for residents. Their services often include property management, maintenance, and various community support programs to enhance social and economic well-being. They manage shared service properties across the NW & house over 20,000 clients in Merseyside alone.
Key Responsibilities
* Arrange and conduct property viewings.
* Maintain accurate records and data.
* Interact professionally with prospective and existing customers, both by phone and in person, to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Identify customer needs and match them to suitable products and services, working towards specific targets.
* Support customers throughout the property viewing, sale, and rental processes, including application assessment, mortgage procurement, survey results, sales progression, and timely completion.
* Liaise with estate agents, on-site sales assistants, solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other parties involved in the sales process.
* Attend site and project team meetings as needed.
* Prepare properties for sale and rent, including managing keys, activating services, and ensuring properties meet required standards.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Perform day-to-day administrative tasks related to the job role and provide general support to the Home Ownership Team.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to property sales.
