Are you frustrated that you are not using your language skills in your current job? You are fluent in French or another European language, but intermediate is also fine. You build relationships easily; this comes naturally to you. You have experience in customer support, strong technical aptitude and consider yourself a critical thinker. Is this you?
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:
1. Gathering customer support tickets
2. Liaise with customers by telephone/Teams to provide information or troubleshooting
3. Make outbound calls to facility managers proactively asking questions or offering help/training
4. Resolve customers’ service complaints and equipment issues by coordinating with the install and services teams to schedule site visits within warranty
5. Identify opportunities to make improvements to business processes, make recommendations and action plans
What we need from you:
1. Fluent in French or another European language would be beneficial
2. Technical work-related background is required
3. Ability to communicate by telephone in a clear and professional manner
4. Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking
5. Familiarity with the use of Smartphones using iOS and Android operating systems
6. 37 hours a week Monday to Sunday 8 am until 6 pm on a rota basis to cover the business needs once you are fully trained
7. Free parking
8. Office-based. There is scope to go hybrid once fully trained
9. 4 x death in service cover
