We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as an Asset Manager in our growing team, playing a key role in delivering our strategic asset management plan. You'll ensure our homes are safe, satisfying, and sustainable for our customers, and deliver returns so we can reinvest back into our homes and communities.

Typical day as an Asset Manager
* Asset management of a regional portfolio of freehold and leasehold residential properties, ensuring they meet safety, satisfaction, and sustainability standards.
* Monitor and enhance asset performance through financial, operational, health and safety, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Address strategic asset matters, including investment and divestment, with the support of the wider asset team.
* Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant issues, ensuring compliance with legal terms and covenants.
* Collaborate with regional operational teams and directors to effectively implement the asset management plan.
* Prepare and present concise monthly management reports to support decision-making and risk management.
You have
* Proven experience in property asset management across various residential tenures and property types.
* Strong understanding of property litigation, including interpreting and enforcing covenants and lease terms.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with customers and stakeholders.
* Membership of The Property Institute (MTPI) and/or Associate RICS, or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
* Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions and improving processes.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering great relationships to achieve common goals.
Job details
* Full time, 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday. You’ll manage your own diary. If you need a break to take delivery of your new fridge or take a longer lunch for a haircut, you can use your flexi time to manage that!
* Flexible hybrid working, based from our office at Liverpool Street, London, from home and across our national property portfolio.
* A full current driving licence and access to a vehicle for work, we’ll pay for your mileage.
