Do you love analysing and creating strategies for evolving service lines based on client needs?
We are a multi-discipline team of over 85 talented individuals, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, motion, real-time and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding, innovative, and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects.
Our design principles underpin everything we do. We’re problem solvers who are excited by working together to find a solution. We create bespoke communications which focus on bringing meaning to content, making information more accessible and adding value to projects. We create and implement viable concepts that utilise technology in a way that enhances outcomes and creates efficiencies. We invest in innovation and focus on upcoming technologies.
People join our in-house agency to work on an exhilarating scope of projects, while having a positive impact on the world. We recognise that we work in a fast-paced environment. So, there are many ways we care for each other's wellbeing, from championing mental health to promoting flexible working and keeping active together.
Your Purpose:
Our team of 11 Account Managers and Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of multi-discipline projects ranging from working with local communities to create an engaging branded campaign that communicates proposed plans in their area, to a gamified e-learning experience for the Ministry of Defence. We currently work with clients such as Transport for London, East West Rail, Ministry of Defence, Highways England, Environment Agency, Thames Water, EDF Energy, Faithful and Gould and our own global internal communications.
You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-impact creative projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role demands a project manager with strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of creative workflows in a global context.
As we're a national team with offices and resources in multiple locations, you will need to be able to coordinate local and remote teams to deliver the best solution for our clients across multiple disciplines.
Your Role:
* Managing a multi-discipline project from the initial stages through to final delivery.
* Lead the end-to-end management of global creative campaigns, including strategy, production, and delivery.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Facilitate alignment between regional and global teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
* Drive the adoption of tools and technologies that improve collaboration and project tracking.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
* Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
* Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
* Provide data-driven insights to inform future creative strategies.
* Brilliantly analytical, you'll pinpoint the success of campaigns – producing reports and presenting your findings.
* Always looking for improvement, you'll assess processes and make appropriate recommendations based on the data and information you gather.
* You’ll support the co-ordination of our programmes of work, working with our Project Management team to maintain back-office systems (Monday.com), enabling effective planning, scheduling and monitoring of the work.
* Ensuring we’re delivering high-quality that adds real added value.
What you can bring:
* Previous Project Management experience at a mid-senior level, ideally within a global creative agency or in-house team.
* A wide understanding of creative disciplines and collaborating with these teams.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-market creative campaigns.
* Experience managing cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.
* Experience within a creative/digital environment.
* Possess a creative flair and innovative approach to projects.
* Experience of working in a high-demand, high-pressure environment.
* Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
