Duties & Responsibilities of this role
1. Assisting on projects from start to finish.
2. Maintaining & monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets & expenditure.
3. Ensure project targets are met on time and in budget.
4. Assist with general adhoc duties to aid the smooth running of the department and business.
5. Accurately record and store meeting notes.
6. Assist the Technical Project Manager in development of projected budgets, schedules, scope statements & project plans.
Skills Required
1. Exceptional organisational skills.
2. Customer service experience.
3. MS Office - Word and Excel.
4. Able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
5. Ability to work to deadlines.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Good communication skills both verbally and written.
8. Sage 50 or Sage 200 knowledge preferable.
