Out of Hours Customer Service Advisor - Full Time (37.5 hours) and Part Time roles (25 hours) including weekends
Position is based in our Rochdale office
Seven Week Shift Pattern:
1. Week one: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu 4.30pm-12:30am, Fri 5pm-1am
2. Week two: Tue/Thu/Fri - 4.30pm-12:30am, Wed 4pm-12pm, Sat 5pm-1am
3. Week three: Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun 5pm-1am

We are looking to hire enthusiastic, flexible, and driven OOH Customer Service Advisors to provide a professional and efficient telephony service for our Kent customers.
Our Contact centre is based in the heart of Rochdale with local car parking available. You will be required to be within a reasonable commuting distance from our office.
Working at Agilisys in collaboration with our clients, you will be the first point of contact for our Out Of Hours emergency services. Based in a fast-paced contact centre environment working alongside a friendly and professional team, we will invest in your development to ensure you can deliver the best service for our customers.
Role Responsibilities:
* To achieve individual objectives and team targets to assist in meeting the business's overall KPI’s.
* To deliver a high level of Customer Service in line with our client’s quality standards.
* To handle a wide range of enquiries using various Service systems and processes including complaints.
* To communicate effectively (written & verbal).
* To be professional, helpful, welcoming, and pleasant to customers and colleagues.
* To be able to remain calm in all situations, with a polite and courteous manner.
* To meet data protection and client confidentiality requirements.
* Desirable to have some knowledge of how local authorities, Housing Associations or other large organisations operate.
