St. Philip's School provides Specialist Residential Care and Education to young people aged 10 - 18 years, who have a range of additional support needs, including such areas as social, emotional and behavioural development.
We are looking to recruit, on a full-time basis, a Teacher of ASN to support our curriculum offering at this time. The successful candidate will work with individuals to identify and assess barriers to learning, and in partnership with appropriate stakeholders, address these needs through the delivery of a relevant curriculum along with building capacity within St Philip's School staff.
We require enthusiastic, flexible and compassionate individuals who are committed to this very challenging work and who can help the school develop Curriculum for Excellence and achieve the best possible outcomes and attainment for young people.
Minimum Requirements
1. Candidates must be GTC registered.
2. Experience in special education and/or qualifications in Additional Support Needs.
3. Suitably qualified Primary Teachers are also welcome to apply.
Terms and Conditions are favourable and Salaries for these posts will be commensurate with individual qualifications and experience.
