HR Policy Manager York – Hybrid Working Salary £55,000 - £58,000 Elevation Recruitment – HR are now looking for a results driven HR Policy Manager to join their client based in York, on a hybrid working basis. This role will lead the development, review and updating of company policies, working with key stakeholders to ensure the policies are integrated into all HR practices. Key responsibilities of the HR Policy Manager include: Staying compliant and consistent with employment laws and best practice Proactively communicating changes to employees, ensuring transparency across the business Regular audits of the existing policies and procedures to ensure maximum effectiveness Being a key contact for employees and management for any advice or queries relating to policies The ideal candidate will have: Strong knowledge of effective HR policies and procedures, with experience of using data to inform decision making The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously A proficiency in HR systems, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex policy changes effectively If this sounds like you, please apply today
