About the role:
As a Customer Services Adviser within our small team, you'll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork.
You will be responsible for:
1. Dealing with customer sales enquiries and provide suitable quotations to clients over the telephone and face to face;
2. Process mid-term adjustments and inviting renewals;
3. Working as a team to achieve financial targets through selling and servicing of products;
4. Supporting team members in their activities;
5. Proactively establish customer needs so you can help them with solutions from our full product range.
The chances are, you'll have already worked in a similar role, so will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training and a friendly and supportive environment.
About you:
The ideal candidate would have:
1. Excellent people and communication skills
2. Be able to build relationships over the phone;
3. Be hardworking and motivated;
4. Have strong attention to detail
5. Be competent in Word, Excel, Teams
Some previous experience in motor and/or personal insurance is advantageous but not essential.
Qualifications: 2 A Levels and minimum of 5 GCSE including English and Maths
