To elevate the Chisholm Hunter brand as A Cut Above by driving growth, customer engagement, and sales through strategic marketing initiatives, social media management, and strong brand partnerships. This role plays a pivotal part in the development and execution of a robust marketing calendar, delivering high-impact brand events, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external brand partners.
The Marketing Executive will contribute to the company's objectives by coordinating and enhancing brand alignment, strengthening brand partnerships, and delivering quarterly prestige brand events to drive sales and deepen customer engagement.
The role will be mainly office based but may sometimes need to travel to our Stores or attend relevant Brand events and conferences
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Partnerships
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prestige brand partners, acting as the primary liaison to ensure cohesive communication and alignment.
* Collaborate with regional and store managers to deliver marketing initiatives that enhance sales performance and customer engagement across store portfolio.
* Plan, organise, and execute quarterly brand events with key brand partners, ensuring events deliver measurable sales impact and align with brand positioning.
* Work with the marketing and brand teams to align campaigns with corporate objectives and enhance the Chisholm Hunter brand image.
* Drive the marketing calendar by ensuring activities align with seasonal priorities, campaigns, and company growth strategies.
Social Media Management
* Oversee day-to-day social media activity, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
* Develop and execute a strategic influencer marketing program to build brand awareness and generate user-generated content.
* Define, deliver, and manage a dynamic content calendar to ensure consistent, engaging messaging across channels.
Event Planning & Coordination
* Project manage and execute events for store openings, charity support, and brand activations, working with internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify and secure venues, vendors, and partners for events, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
Campaign Management & Reporting
* Lead ideation and delivery of cross-channel marketing campaigns to promote Chisholm Hunter's positioning as a luxury retailer.
* Manage CRM initiatives to drive customer retention and sales, including personalised campaigns and direct mail activities.
* Monitor competitor marketing activity and provide strategic recommendations to ensure Chisholm Hunter maintains its competitive edge.
* Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports on marketing performance, highlighting actionable insights and areas for improvement.
* Demonstrable experience in marketing and campaign management.
* Proficiency in web analytics tools.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to turn creative ideas into impactful projects.
