We are partnered with a leading consultancy in looking for a strategic Workforce Planning Consultant for a utility’s client in London. The role requires you to be in the office 2 days a week.
The ideal candidate must have:
1. Strong workforce planning experience, people analytics, and experience of working with HR.
2. Experience of rolling out a credible workforce plan that aligns their business, suppliers, and regulators on the changing landscape of work to be delivered.
3. Experience of working to CXO level and working closely with HR Directors.
4. Ideally, would have worked for a large infrastructure client, construction, or transportation.
5. Must be immediately available.
