Hybrid working bonus scheme European Payroll Specialist – Coventry Location: Coventry (Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week) Salary: £47,500 20% bonus Contract: PermanentWe are looking for an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join a fast-growing company based in Coventry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the payroll function is efficient and fully compliant with statutory and legal requirements across multiple European countries, including the UK. Key Responsibilities: ? Process payroll for multiple countries within Europe, including the UK.? Liaise with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.? Ensure accuracy of payroll data and maintain up-to-date records.? Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance.? Calculate and prepare payroll documents, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.? Analyse payroll trends and proactively identify potential issues.? Prepare reports and efficiently address payroll-related queries.? Ensure full compliance with legal requirements in all countries. Technical Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a similar payroll role.Strong knowledge of UK and European payroll legislation. CIPP qualified or part-qualified .Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent organisational and communication skills .Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Flexible and adaptable approach to changing environments.Previous experience with multi-country payrolls is a plus.
