South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team at Lanark Lifestyles, to ensure the effective administration to support the operation of a diverse range of facilities within the service.
Please note, experience of working with staff and the day to day management of an office environment, facility programming including events and customer service is preferable. Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the management team in ensuring the achievement of SLLC Business Strategy.
Support the delivery of customer service.
To develop, deliver and review the front of house service standards.
Undertake the line management of the front of house staff.
