Energis is currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Manager for our busy food manufacturing client based near Dungannon. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the business.

Responsibilities :
* Oversee the end-to-end supply chain from procurement to distribution.
* Manage stock levels, ensure FIFO rotation, and forecast demand to minimise waste.
* Accurately forecast demand using historical data and market trends, adjusting procurement and distribution strategies to meet fluctuating customer requirements.
* Negotiate with suppliers, ensure timely deliveries, and monitor performance
* Coordinate transportation, cold chain maintenance, and timely deliveries.
* Ensure product quality, safety standards (HACCP, BRCGS), and regulatory compliance.
* Develop strategies to reduce product waste and enhance sustainability.
* Lead and motivate supply chain team members.
* Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing, preferably within the food sector
* Strong IT skills – MS Office and supply chain software such as SAP / Oracle
* Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
* Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
