Apprentice Service Advisor

We are expanding our business and offering an exciting opportunity to join the team as Apprentice Service Advisor at our Hatfield Lexus branch. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return.
As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will ideally possess automotive experience and must be committed to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, have excellent communication skills, be of a smart appearance, and have the desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
You will be working full time, 8:00am-6:00pm and alternate Saturday mornings. You will attend training at our state of the art training centre in Derby where a vehicle and accommodation will be provided.
A competent Service Advisor has many transferable skills throughout the retail motor industry. It is not uncommon for a Service Advisor to progress through the ranks to become a Parts Manager, After Sales Manager, or Service Manager.
Skills and Personal Qualities:
* Well organised
* Ability to deal with different types of customers
* Willingness to learn
* A 'can do' attitude to overcome challenges
Qualifications:
* Ideally, you will have GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in Maths, English and ICT although this is not mandatory.
