Job Summary As a Part-Qualified Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by providing high-quality accounting services. You will work collaboratively with our team to manage client accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. We are seeking an innovative and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional advisory services and contributing to the growth of our firm. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Prepare and file VAT returns and other compliance-related reports. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting services. Conduct bookkeeping and maintain accurate records using cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage). Liaise with clients to gather financial information and address inquiries. Contribute to the preparation of management reports and forecasts. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and practices. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery. Qualifications Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Previous experience working in an accounting practice is essential. Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage Business Cloud). Strong understanding of UK accounting principles and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
