Escape Recruitment Services are recruiting for our client, a manufacturing/production organisation based in South Lanarkshire.
We have an opportunity for a Sales & Production Coordinator to join the team on a permanent full time basis. This role will be based onsite with the advantage of working 37.5 hours over a 4 day week, Monday to Thursday.
This role will work between the Sales & Customer Service team and Production to ensure a seamless supply chain process, minimise delays in order to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage and update the master sales order list, ensuring efficient distribution and prioritisation to the relevant department.
Organise and adjust production schedules in line with customer orders and demands.
Attend weekly internal progress meetings to track and communicate key updates.

Act as the central point of contact for sales order list for Sales and Customer Service, Production, Procurement and Management.
Identity and implement process review and improvement.Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience of working in a similar Administration role, ideally within a Manufacturing, Production &/or Supply Chain environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to foresee and address potential issues.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
Confident IT skills, particularly MS Excel
