Caring Hands are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Homecare Assistant to join our dedicated team, providing care in the local area of Horsham, West Sussex. The role is varied and interesting, and no two days are the same, from interacting with clients out in the community and supporting the team in the office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure our Homecare Assistants are trained to the highest standard
* Mentor and supervise Homecare Assistants
* Attend and contribute to client needs assessments and risk assessments
* Provide care calls to our clients
* Support with on call duties
* Supporting with auditing and compliance
* Maintain accurate and thorough records
* Liaise closely with the Registered Manager, Care Manager, Clients, Homecare Assistants, and external professionals.

The successful candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, well-organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
It is important to us that our Senior Homecare Assistant is warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing our clients with the high-quality care and support they deserve.
You must have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience within the care industry. It is essential to hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
Please note full time hours will include evenings and alternate weekends.
