Responsibilities:
* Manage the property inspector.
* Check and manage all emails and phone calls related to maintenance.
* Speak to tenants and deal with any repair issues or queries.
* Deal with disrepairs / tenant complaints from councils.
* Meet council inspectors on site for joint inspections.
* New tenants sign ups and key collections.
* Book maintenance repairs with the relevant contractors or landlords.
* Report on daily occupancy checks voids and hand backs.
* Report figures to the board on a monthly basis.
* Inspections on new / void and existing properties.
* Lease and licence renewals with the landlords / councils.
* Survey new properties and advise the landlords if any repairs are required prior to taking on the property and issue all paperwork.
* Rent collection where necessary.
* Order equipment / furniture for new and void properties.
* Manage property keys.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to write repair specifications and have a driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary is £38,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.
* Working Hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
* Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period.
* Holidays are 28 days leave plus bank holidays.
