Jackson Hogg are working exclusively with a client based in Cramlington with the appointment of an HR Manager. This is a stand-alone, permanent role, reporting directly into the Managing director and is responsible for all HR and people related activities.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for:
* HR strategy and initiatives
* Recruitment and onboarding
* Training and development
* Business Partnering with key stakeholders
* Managing apprenticeships and levy
* Management and upkeep of HR systems, processes, policies, handbooks
* HR projects around engagement, talent development, wellbeing
* Collation, analysis and presentation of key HR data and metrics
We’re keen to speak with experienced HR Advisors looking to take their next step or HR Business Partners or HR Managers looking for a new challenge. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a manufacturing or engineering environment and be comfortable operating in a stand-alone capacity.
