Responsibilities of the Workshop Manager may include:

2. Carrying out preventive maintenance to the company's construction equipment.
3. Quickly and effectively diagnosing faults in equipment to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
4. Representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable way.
5. Following safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop and at customer sites.
6. Supporting the business needs in the day-to-day requirements of service and maintenance to their machinery.

Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience with this equipment or in roles such as Engineer, Mechanic Technician, Plant Fitter, Service Technician, Service Fitter, or Workshop Plant Fitter. The equipment varies from Excavators, Dump Trucks, Diggers, and Dozers including manufacturers like Volvo, JCB, and Kubota.
