The purpose of the role is to support the Commercial Trading team with pricing, promotions, reprocessing, and stock management, utilising key IT systems. Healthcare, pension, and potential bonus What You’ll do: Pricing and promotions – carry out agreed promotion, price change and clearance management actions on the relevant systems in an accurate and timely manner. Support the Trading Assistant in maintaining accurate records and communicating changes effectively. Liaise with B&M teams to clear up any missing or inconsistent information. Reprocessing – complete agreed reprocessing work order actions on the relevant systems in an accurate and timely manner. Liaise with the Supply Chain and B&M/Quality teams to clarify any missing or inconsistent information and ensure reprocessing is completed. Support the Trading Assistant in maintaining accurate records. ge Stock Management – complete agreed PSR block/unblock actions on the relevant systems in an accurate and timely manner. Support the Trading Assistant in maintaining accurate records. Commercial Trading support – complete data entry and administration tasks as needed to support the wider Trading team. Here are some of the experiences and skills you’ll need for the role: Numerical and practical approach Accurate with good attention to detail Enhanced organisational and time management skills IT literate and quick to learn new processes and systems Experience of MS Office, especially Excel – working knowledge of functions such as SUMIF, V/XLOOKUP.
