Project Manager - £50k – Luxury Fashion - Fixed Term Contract.
I’ve exclusively partnered with a global luxury fashion house who are looking for a Marketing led Project Manager to join them on a FTC, ideally starting ASAP. I'm looking for a dynamic and skilled Project Manager with strong project management expertise and a solid grasp of marketing functions in the retail sector. Proven ability to oversee project campaigns from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and managing the critical path.
You will be responsible for managing and executing omni-channel campaigns, sub-campaigns, key launches, and brand partnerships within set timelines. This role involves overseeing multiple critical paths across various projects to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
A key focus is on driving process improvements while maintaining brand standards and quality.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position provides vital support to the Retail Brand Marketing Manager and the Brand Partnerships Manager.
1. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and marketing managers to develop and refine workflows, critical paths, briefing templates, and marketing decks.
2. Use Monday.com as a planning tool to create and manage critical paths for campaigns, sub-campaigns, key launches, and brand partnerships, ensuring alignment across all business stakeholders.
3. Oversee the full end-to-end management of campaigns and key launches, including proactive scheduling of kick-off and weekly sync meetings.
4. Keep stakeholders informed of project changes, ensuring cross-functional teams are aware of dependencies, deliverables, signoffs, and deadlines.
5. Lead and manage weekly customer journey meetings with digital channel owners to ensure alignment on current and upcoming launches and campaigns.
6. Provide key support to the Retail Brand Marketing Manager in outlining campaign plans and touchpoints across relevant channels for seamless execution.
7. Coordinate the timely delivery and distribution of creative assets to channel owners.
8. Establish a feedback loop to assess performance and enhance future outputs.
9. Develop centralized campaign and launch decks to facilitate information sharing, maintaining up-to-date working decks for in-progress projects.
10. Regularly update the Topline Marketing Calendar with the support of the Marketing Planning Executive, ensuring marketing priorities are clear and the calendar effectively informs the broader business.
You will bring a self-starter mindset, ready to hit the ground running with minimal guidance, with strong gravitas to manage senior stakeholders and drive project forward.
Previous retail experience highly beneficial!
This is a 6-month FTC, ideally starting ASAP paying £50k (pro-rata). Working 3 days in their London Head Office, 2 from home.
