Business Development Manager – Fire & Security Solutions\n📍 Field-Based – Covering Yorkshire & Surrounding Areas\n💰 £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission\n🚗 Company Car | 📱 Phone & Laptop | 🏖️ 28 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | 🛡️ Pension\n\nAre you an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in security systems?\nDo you thrive in a field-based sales role, building relationships and closing deals with commercial end-users?\n\nOur client – a well-established fire and security installation company based in Yorkshire – is looking to recruit a driven and knowledgeable BDM to help grow their footprint across the region.\n\n🔐 The Role\n\nAs the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across Yorkshire and surrounding areas, selling fire and security solutions including:\n\n * \n\n CCTV\n\n * \n\n Access Control\n\n * \n\n Intruder Alarms\n\n * \n\n Door Entry Systems\n\nYou’ll be working closely with clients to understand their needs, carry out site surveys, and design tailored solutions to present back to them.
